Jane Clarke - Driving Instructor Trainer
Jane has been involved in the Driver Training industry for over ten years, qualifying as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in 1998. She then continued her professional development by passing the Cardington Special Test, the RoSPA Advanced and Diamond Advanced Test.
In 2000, she moved to the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) where she spent six years examining the provisional licence holders and those wishing to qualify as an ADI.
In 2006, she qualified as a Police Driving Instructor and was responsible for training police officers to a very high standard in a variety of vehicles and covering a wide range of skills including 4x4 off road driving, skid awareness and correction techniques, and response and pursuit driving.
She is a DSA grade 6 instructor and fleet trainer and has attained the following awards: BTEC level 3 diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction, BTEC Level 4 Professional Certificate in Advanced Police Driving Skills and the A1 Assessors Award. She is also a regular contributor to the 'ADI News' magazine, covering current issues relating to driving standards and training.
Carol Morley - Driving InstructorTrainer
Carol has been in the Driver Training industry for nearly 20 years, qualifying as an Approved Driving Instructor in 1989 with BSM. After some time as a franchisee with BSM and a local independent driving school, she subsequently ran her own successful business instructing learner drivers for 13 years in the Lincoln area. During this time, she also passed the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) driving test and the ROSPA test, achieving a Gold award, as well as also gaining a City and Guilds 730 adult teaching certificate. For a period of time, she additionally worked for the Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership, instructing drivers who had committed a driving offence.
In 2003, she became a Driving Examiner for the Driving Standards Agency, conducting driving tests on learner drivers as well as giving 'Arrive Alive' presentations.
Since 2007, she has worked for Lincolnshire Police as a Driving Instructor, coaching police officers to the very high standards required, instructing on vehicles up to minibus and van size. She has achieved a Level 3 BTEC in the Advanced Diploma in Police Driving Instruction and also a BTEC Professional Certificate in Advanced Police Driving Skills as a result of completing the six week Police Driving Instructors' Course. She has also successfully completed the NVQ A1 Assessors Award, and has recently re-qualified as a grade 5 Approved Driving Instructor.
Wendy Mamwell - Driving Instructor
Wendy is a fully qualified professional female Instructor. She passed her Driving Standards Agency qualification exam with a 5/5 grade, which is an excellent achievement.
Her car is the new shape Vauxhall Corsa in red; it is a 58 plate and has dual controls fitted.
Wendy is highly motivated, patient, friendly and trustworthy, she has an approachable manner which helps her to achieve the best for each and every pupil; Wendy says 'nothing beats the thrill of getting someone through their driving test 1st time, which is my goal for every pupil'.
